Ceiling of the antechamber, Treasury of Minyas, October 2008 by 5telios
The Treasury of Minyas is an almost exact facsimile of the Treasury of Atreus at Mycenae. Both together are considered the zenith of Aegean Bronze Age tomb manufacture. Both date to about 1250 and were probably full of grave goods.
The image shows the ceiling of the side chamber, where either the primary or secondary burials were made. The tomb was plundered in antiquity to the extent that a roman-era altar is found in the centre of the tholos itself.
